Cost and pricing
How much do Fittlly treatments cost?
At Fittlly, your price depends on the type of medication (compounded or brand-name), your dose, and your location. We show your exact cost clearly before you confirm anything, with no hidden fees.
As a guide:
-
Compounded semaglutide (GLP-1)
Most patients on our compounded semaglutide injection programs pay around $299 per month. This typically includes your medical evaluation, ongoing clinical follow-up, and compounded medication when prescribed. -
Compounded tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP)
Compounded tirzepatide injection programs generally start at around $350 per month, including your clinical review, follow-up, and medication when prescribed from FDA-inspected or state-licensed compounding pharmacies. -
Brand-name Wegovy® (semaglutide, GLP-1)
For patients who prefer an FDA-approved brand-name option, month-to-month Wegovy® is currently available at approximately $1,839 per month, subject to change by manufacturers and pharmacies. -
Brand-name Zepbound® (tirzepatide, GLP-1/GIP)
Month-to-month Zepbound® is currently available at approximately $1,498 per month, also subject to manufacturer and pharmacy pricing.
For the most up-to-date details on all options, including what’s available in your state and what each plan includes, please visit our Plans & pricing page.

What exactly is covered in my Fittlly plan?
With Fittlly, your plan is designed to be as all-inclusive and transparent as possible. For eligible patients, the price of a Fittlly treatment plan typically includes:
- Clinical care – your initial online evaluation with a licensed clinician and ongoing medical follow-up while you’re in the program.
- Prescription management – review of your history, treatment decision, dose titration, and renewals when clinically appropriate.
- Medication – your prescribed GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP treatment (compounded or brand-name, depending on your plan), dispensed through our vetted partner pharmacies.
- Injection supplies – the injection materials normally provided with your medication by the pharmacy (for example, syringes or pens, as applicable to your prescription).
- Shipping – temperature-controlled, discreet delivery to your home where legally allowed.
- Education & support – digital guides, onboarding materials, and practical resources to help you inject safely, manage side effects, and build sustainable habits.
Before you confirm anything, we show you exactly what’s included in your specific plan and what it costs, so there are no surprise fees. Certain services (like outside lab work, imaging, or non-program medications) are not included unless clearly stated.
Are there extra fees or fine-print charges I should know about?
No. Fittlly does not charge membership fees, subscription fees, or “administrative” add-ons in the background. You only pay for the treatment plan you select, and we show that price clearly before you confirm anything.
In plain terms:
- No membership fee
- No sign-up fee
- No surprise monthly platform fee
What you might pay extra for (and we’ll tell you in advance if it applies):
- lab tests ordered outside of Fittlly and billed by a separate lab or clinic
- medications or treatments not included in your Fittlly plan
- any fees your own bank or card provider may charge (foreign transaction, etc.)
If something could generate an additional cost, we’ll flag it clearly so you can decide before you move forward. No fine print games.
Can I pay with CareCredit® or other medical financing cards?
We don’t currently accept CareCredit® or other medical financing cards as payment methods at Fittlly.
You can pay using major credit and debit cards (for example Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe, our payment partner. Your total cost is shown clearly before you confirm your plan, with no hidden fees from Fittlly.
If we add CareCredit® or additional payment options in the future, we’ll update this information on our Plans & pricing page.
Will my monthly cost change if my dose goes up?
In most cases, your Fittlly plan price stays the same even when your dose is adjusted within the range covered by your program. Dose changes are a normal part of GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP treatment, and we don’t want you to stress about surprise billing every time your clinician titrates your medication.
If there is ever a situation where:
- your dose needs to go beyond what’s included in your current plan, or
- your clinician recommends switching to a different product or pharmacy that changes the cost,
we’ll show you the updated price clearly in advance and ask you to confirm before anything is shipped. No hidden dose-based surcharges, no surprise jumps—if the price changes, you’ll see it first.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?
Yes. In most cases, you can use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card to pay for eligible Fittlly services and medications.
You can enter your HSA/FSA card at checkout just like a regular debit or credit card. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment partner.
A few important notes:
- Your plan administrator ultimately decides what is HSA/FSA-eligible. Fittlly can’t guarantee eligibility for every expense.
- You are responsible for making sure your purchase meets your HSA/FSA rules.
- If your administrator requests proof, you can download invoices/receipts from your Fittlly account for documentation.
- Make sure your HSA/FSA card has enough available funds to cover the full amount at checkout.
If you run into any issues using your HSA/FSA card, you can always contact us at support@fittlly.com for a copy of your receipt or basic documentation (we can’t give tax or legal advice).
Can Fittlly be covered by my health insurance?
No, Fittlly does not bill or work directly with health insurance plans at this time. Our programs are cash-pay only.
You can pay using:
- major credit and debit cards (processed securely via Stripe)
- HSA or FSA cards, when your administrator considers these expenses eligible
If your insurer or HSA/FSA administrator allows reimbursement for this type of care, you may be able to submit your Fittlly receipt yourself as an out-of-network claim. In that case, we can provide an invoice, but we can’t guarantee coverage or reimbursement decisions made by your plan.
Can I spread my Fittlly payments over time?
At this time, Fittlly does not offer installment payment plans.
Here’s how it works now:
- You pay in full for each month of treatment at the time you place your order.
- Our service is month-to-month, so you’re never locked into a long-term contract. You can choose whether to continue each month.
We know flexibility matters, so we regularly review our payment options based on patient feedback. If we add payment plans or new financing options in the future, we’ll update this information on our Plans & pricing page.
Can I order more than one month of medication at once?
Yes. In many cases, you can order several vials or multiple months of treatment at the same time, depending on your prescription and what’s available in your state.
We offer single-month options as well as multi-month plans for eligible patients. To see which formats are currently available for your medication (1-month, 3-month, or other bundles) and what they cost, please visit our Plans & pricing page before you place your order.
Can I pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, or other mobile wallets?
Not right now. At this time, Fittlly accepts payments made with major credit and debit cards and HSA/FSA cards, processed securely through Stripe at checkout.
We know many people like using mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo, and we’re actively reviewing additional payment options. If we add mobile wallets in the future, we’ll update this information on our Plans & pricing page.
Why is my payment collected before I’m approved for treatment?
To keep things simple and fast, Fittlly collects payment at the time of your online medical screening, before your clinician has made a final decision about your treatment.
This works a bit like paying before a consultation in a clinic: it allows us to:
- reserve time with a licensed clinician
- review your intake and medical history in depth
- prepare your treatment plan and pharmacy order quickly if you’re approved
👉 If you are not medically eligible, or if your clinician decides that GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP treatment is not appropriate, your payment for the program is fully refunded.
Your payment is:
- processed securely via Stripe (we don’t store your full card details)
- used only once your evaluation is complete and, if appropriate, your prescription is confirmed and prepared for shipping
We do this so your experience is as efficient and transparent as possible: no surprise charges later, no partial “consult only” billing you discover after the fact. If treatment isn’t right for you, you’re not charged for medication you won’t receive.
Are needles, syringes, and alcohol swabs included, or do I need to buy them separately?
In most cases, you do not need to pay extra for basic injection supplies.
For eligible patients, our partner pharmacies typically provide:
- syringes and needles (for vial-based compounded medications)
- alcohol prep pads for cleaning the vial and injection site
These are packaged with your medication so you can start your treatment safely, without hunting for supplies on your own.
If there is ever a situation where certain supplies are not included with your prescription (for example, due to local regulations or pharmacy policies), we’ll let you know in advance so you can decide whether to:
- purchase them locally at a pharmacy, or
- use an alternative option suggested by your clinician
Fittlly does not add separate “syringe fees” or hidden supply charges on top of your plan price—if something is not included, we’ll say it clearly.
Do you match prices from other GLP-1 providers?
We don’t offer formal price matching against other clinics or websites.
Instead, we focus on keeping Fittlly pricing clear, stable, and fair for the level of medical care we provide. That means:
- transparent, up-front pricing you can see before you commit
- no surprise add-on fees or hidden “program” charges
- consistent pricing across doses within your plan, so you’re not penalized for clinically appropriate titration
You’re always free to compare us with other options—but our priority is to deliver safe, supervised treatment and real support, not just the lowest sticker price on a vial.
Pharmacies
Which pharmacies does Fittlly use for compounded medications?
Fittlly partners only with U.S.-based, state-licensed compounding pharmacies that follow strict quality and safety standards.
Our partner pharmacies are selected based on:
- state Board of Pharmacy licensing and good standing
- adherence to USP sterile compounding standards
- use of ingredients from FDA-registered suppliers
- routine testing for potency, sterility, and purity
We currently work with a small network of vetted pharmacies, including providers such as PerfectRx/PerfectionRx and ProRx, and may add or update partners over time as we expand access and maintain quality.
Regardless of the specific pharmacy filling your prescription, your medication is prepared to your clinician’s order, under regulated conditions, and shipped directly to you in secure, temperature-controlled packaging.
Are Fittlly partner pharmacies 503A or 503B, and how are they regulated?
The compounding pharmacies Fittlly works with are 503A-designated “traditional” compounding pharmacies. That means they prepare patient-specific prescriptions, tailored to the needs of individual patients rather than mass-producing drugs.
These pharmacies are:
- Licensed and overseen by state Boards of Pharmacy
- Required to follow USP (United States Pharmacopeia) standards for sterile and non-sterile compounding
- Subject to relevant sections of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), including rules that compounding must be based on valid, patient-specific prescriptions
- Eligible for FDA inspections, which help ensure they are not compounding under insanitary conditions and are following appropriate quality and safety practices
In simple terms: your compounded medication is prepared in pharmacies that operate under a defined regulatory framework, with controls around quality, cleanliness, and patient-specific prescribing, rather than in unregulated or bulk manufacturing environments.
How can a compounded medication have its Beyond-Use Date (BUD) extended?
Beyond-Use Dates for compounded medications are not chosen at random or extended “just because.” They are based either on:
- default USP guidelines (standard conservative limits), or
- validated stability studies that show the medication remains safe and potent for a longer period.
In the situation you’re asking about, the pharmacy’s compounded medication was:
- tested for stability and potency by an independent, accredited U.S. laboratory
- shown to remain chemically stable and within potency specifications for up to 365 days from the compounding date
On the basis of that validated data, the pharmacy updated the BUD to reflect this longer, documented stability period, in line with applicable USP standards, FDA-related regulations, and Board of Pharmacy rules.
The key points:
- BUDs can only be extended when there is solid laboratory evidence to support a longer stability window.
- Pharmacies cannot simply “decide” to extend a BUD without appropriate scientific data and documentation.
- Fittlly’s partner pharmacies are required to follow federal and state regulations, USP standards, and validated testing to ensure that every compounded medication we dispense meets safety and quality expectations for the full labeled BUD.
Patient safety is the priority: any compounded product we use must have a BUD that is scientifically justified and regulatory-compliant, not just convenient.

Medication orders & delivery
How long will it take to receive my medication?
Timelines can vary a little by pharmacy, product, and where you live, but here’s what most Fittlly patients can expect:
- 1–2 business days for a licensed clinician to review your intake and complete your medical evaluation
- then about 2–3 business days for our partner pharmacy to prepare, verify, and pack your prescription
- then shipping time, which for most patients in the U.S. is usually within 5–7 business days once the order leaves the pharmacy
In many cases, this means you’ll receive your first shipment roughly within 7–10 business days after your treatment is approved and your order is finalized.
As soon as your medication ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow your package in real time through the carrier’s website or delivery app.
Shipping times are ultimately dependent on the carrier and your location, so if you don’t see movement on your tracking or have concerns about a delay, you can always contact us at support@fittlly.com and we’ll help you check on your order.
Can you rush or fast-track my shipment?
At this time, we’re not able to offer rush or “expedited” shipping for Fittlly medications.
There are two reasons for this:
- Every order has to go through a medical review and prescription process with a licensed clinician.
- Our partner pharmacies follow strict quality and safety checks before any medication leaves the lab (compounding, verification, packaging, cold-chain handling, etc.).
Because of that, all patients are treated on the same timeline, and we don’t offer paid upgrades like “express” or “next-day” shipping.
If you have a trip planned or a specific date you’re worried about, the best option is to start your evaluation early so there’s enough time for review, compounding, and delivery under normal timelines.
What is Fittlly’s cancellation and refund policy?
When you start with Fittlly, payment is collected at the time of your online medical screening, but that doesn’t mean you’re “stuck” no matter what happens.
Here’s how refunds and cancellations work:
If you are not approved for medication
If, after your medical evaluation, the clinician decides that GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP treatment is not
appropriate or safe for you, your program payment is fully refunded. You won’t be charged for
medication you don’t receive.
If you change your mind before your prescription is finalized
You can cancel and request a refund any time before a clinician signs your prescription and your order
is sent to the pharmacy. In that case, we’ll refund your program payment.
After your prescription is written and sent to the pharmacy
Once a clinician has approved your prescription and your order has been queued or released to the
pharmacy for preparation and shipping, we generally cannot cancel or refund the medication portion of
your order.
This is because many products (especially compounded medications) are prepared specifically for you and cannot be reused for another patient.
If you believe there has been an error with your order or you have a concern about a charge, you can always contact us at support@fittlly.com, and our team will review your case.
When will I see my refund on my card?
Once Fittlly issues a refund on our side, it is sent immediately to your bank or card provider through Stripe.
Most patients see the money back in their account within 3–5 business days, but timing can vary depending on:
- your bank or card issuer’s processing speed
- weekends and bank holidays
- whether it’s a debit, credit, or HSA/FSA card
Unfortunately, we can’t speed this part up—that timing is controlled by your bank, not by Fittlly or Stripe.
If you don’t see the refund after 5 business days, we recommend:
- checking your card statement (sometimes it appears as an adjusted charge instead of a new line), then
- contacting your bank or card issuer with the refund confirmation you received from us.
Can I cancel my Fittlly order after I sign up?
Yes, but only up to a certain point in the process.
Here’s how it works:
Before your prescription is approved and sent to the pharmacy
You can cancel your order and request a refund any time before a clinician signs off on your
prescription and your order is released to the pharmacy for preparation.
After your prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy
Once your prescription has been approved by a clinician and your medication has been queued or started
at the pharmacy, we generally cannot cancel or refund the medication, especially for compounded
products that are made specifically for you and cannot be reused.
If you selected a multi-month plan or bundle, cancellation rules may vary depending on what has already been prepared or shipped. Any specific conditions will be shown clearly at checkout and in your confirmation email.
If you’re unsure where your order stands or want to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@fittlly.com, and our team will review your case and let you know what’s possible based on the status of your prescription and pharmacy order.
Can I receive more than one month of medication in a single shipment?
Yes, in many cases you can. For eligible patients, Fittlly offers single-month and multi-month options for GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP treatments, depending on:
- your prescription and dose
- pharmacy and state regulations
- stability and beyond-use dates (BUD) of your medication
If a 2- or 3-month supply is available for your specific treatment, you’ll see it clearly listed on our Plans & pricing page when you choose your plan. That’s also where you’ll see:
- how many weeks or months are included
- what’s covered in the price
- how refills or renewals work over time
If you’re planning to travel or want to know whether a larger supply is appropriate for you, you can ask your clinician during your evaluation, and they’ll help you choose the safest option.
What if I lose or damage my syringes – can Fittlly send replacements?
If you run out of syringes, misplace them, or accidentally damage the ones that came from the pharmacy, the safest and fastest option is usually to get replacements locally.
We recommend:
- visiting a local retail or hospital pharmacy to purchase compatible insulin syringes, or
- ordering FDA-cleared syringes from a reputable online pharmacy supplier
Your medication label or injection guide will specify the type and size of syringe you need (for example: insulin syringe, 1 mL, 31G, etc.). If you’re unsure which syringes are appropriate:
- check the printed instructions that came with your medication, and/or
- contact your clinician or the dispensing pharmacy for guidance
For regulatory and safety reasons, Fittlly does not usually ship replacement syringes separately from your medication order, and we don’t recommend improvising with non-sterile or non-compatible devices. If you’re ever in doubt, pause and ask first—don’t inject until you’re sure you have the right equipment.
What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If it looks like your medication has gone missing, we’ll help you sort it out step by step.
-
First, check the tracking details
Look at the tracking link you received by email. Confirm the delivery date, time, and address. Sometimes carriers mark a package as “delivered” a few hours before it actually arrives. -
Check around your home and with neighbors
Look at side doors, porches, building lobby, mailroom, or office reception. If you live in an apartment, check with the front desk / concierge if you have one. -
File a claim with the carrier
If the package is still missing after you’ve checked the above:- Submit a lost or missing package claim directly through the carrier’s online portal (for example UPS or FedEx).
- The carrier will give you a claim or case ID once the report is filed.
-
Send us the claim information
Email us at support@fittlly.com with:- your full name
- your order number
- the tracking number
- the carrier claim ID
Because these are temperature-sensitive, prescription medications, we have to coordinate closely with the pharmacy and carrier before resending anything. But if your order truly hasn’t reached you, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and safely.
When will my first Fittlly order arrive?
Most patients receive their first shipment within about 7–10 business days after their treatment is approved and their order is finalized.
Here’s the usual timeline:
- 1–2 business days for a licensed clinician to review your intake and complete your medical evaluation
- 2–3 business days for the partner pharmacy to prepare, verify, and pack your medication
- then shipping time, which is typically 3–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow your package in real time.
We prefer to set clear expectations up front rather than over-promise on speed. If you don’t see tracking or movement after a few days, you can always contact us at support@fittlly.com and we’ll help you check on your order.
Can I request my refill before my scheduled check-in date?
Yes. You don’t have to wait for the exact date on your calendar to check in.
Our system opens a flexible check-in window, so you can complete your follow-up a bit earlier or a bit later than your original check-in date—for example if:
- you’re going to run low while traveling
- your schedule is busy around the planned date
- you simply prefer to stay slightly ahead
We’ll send you a reminder about 15 days before your expected check-in so you have plenty of time to respond and keep your treatment and refills on track.
Very early refills (far ahead of schedule) may still be limited by clinical judgment, safety, and pharmacy regulations, but within the normal window you’re free to check in earlier and request your next shipment.
How can I track my order once it leaves the pharmacy?
Once your medication ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as the pharmacy shares the information with us. From there, you can:
- follow your package in real time on the carrier’s tracking page
- enable notifications (email / SMS / app) directly with the carrier if you’d like delivery alerts
Depending on the pharmacy and your location, your order may ship via services like UPS, FedEx, or another major carrier.
If you haven’t received tracking information a few days after your treatment is approved, or if your link doesn’t seem to update, you can always contact us at support@fittlly.com and we’ll help you check the status of your shipment.
What if my medication feels warm when it arrives?
It’s normal to worry if your package doesn’t feel ice-cold at delivery, but in most cases, this does not mean your medication is ruined.
Our partner pharmacies have performed temperature excursion (stability) studies on these formulations. The testing showed that the medication remains stable and within potency specifications for at least 72 hours (3 days) during shipping, even if:
- cold packs have fully thawed
- the parcel experiences typical temperature spikes in transit
- temperatures reach up to around 104°F (40°C) for limited periods
That means your medication can safely tolerate the kinds of short-term warmth that can occur during standard shipping.
Once your package arrives:
- Refrigerate your medication as soon as possible to support long-term stability.
- Do not freeze it.
- If the package was severely delayed, visibly damaged, or exposed to extreme heat for longer than 72 hours (for example in a lost package situation), contact us at support@fittlly.com before using it so we can review the situation with the pharmacy.
In short: a box that doesn’t feel ice-cold on arrival is usually expected and still safe to use, as long as it falls within the tested shipping window—just get it into the fridge when you receive it.
Program
What GLP-1–based medications does Fittlly offer?
Fittlly focuses on medical weight management using GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP therapies, prescribed only when a licensed clinician decides they’re appropriate for you. Depending on your eligibility and location, your clinician may use:
- Wegovy® (semaglutide, GLP-1) – an FDA-approved GLP-1 injection for chronic weight management.
- Zepbound® (tirzepatide, GLP-1/GIP) – an FDA-approved GLP-1/GIP injection for chronic weight management.
- Compounded GLP-1 injections – typically semaglutide-based, prepared by vetted 503A compounding pharmacies when a compounded option is clinically appropriate.
- Compounded GLP-1/GIP injections – typically tirzepatide-based, also prepared by regulated 503A pharmacies when indicated.
Not everyone will qualify for every option. The exact medication and dose are chosen by your clinician based on your health history, BMI, risk factors, and goals, and in line with local regulations.
Wegovy® is a registered trademark of Novo Nordisk. Zepbound® is a registered trademark of Eli Lilly and Company. Fittlly is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies.
What does the Fittlly weight-loss program include?
Your Fittlly program is designed to be as all-inclusive and predictable as possible, so you always know what you’re getting. For eligible patients, a typical Fittlly GLP-1 / GLP-1-GIP weight-loss plan includes:
- Medical care – your online health intake, evaluation by a licensed clinician, and ongoing follow-up while you’re on treatment.
- Prescription management – review of your history, treatment decision, dose adjustments, and renewals when medically appropriate.
- Medication – your GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP treatment (compounded or brand-name, depending on your plan), dispensed by vetted, U.S.-based partner pharmacies.
- Injection supplies – standard injection materials that normally come with your medication (for example syringes, alcohol swabs, or pens, depending on the product).
- Refrigerated home delivery – discreet, temperature-controlled shipping to your door where legally allowed.
- Education & support – step-by-step guides on injections, side-effect management, and healthy habits, plus access to our team if you have questions about your treatment.
In some locations, you may also have access to add-on coaching or nutrition support, so your weight loss isn’t just about the number on the scale, but about feeling stronger, healthier, and supported over time.
Before you pay, we clearly show what your specific plan includes and what it costs, so there are no surprises.
How do I get started with Fittlly?
Getting started with Fittlly only takes a few minutes and is done 100% online.
-
Begin your online evaluation
Click “Get started” to answer a few questions about your health, history, and goals. This helps our clinicians understand whether a GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP treatment is medically appropriate for you. -
Choose your treatment option
If you appear eligible, you’ll be able to select your preferred medication and plan (for example, compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, or an eligible brand-name option where available). Your exact pricing and what’s included are shown clearly before you pay. -
Complete your medical screening & payment
You’ll fill out a detailed health screening form online and pay securely by card (processed through Stripe). Your card is only kept if you’re moving forward; if a clinician later decides you’re not a candidate for treatment, we fully refund your program payment. -
Clinician review & prescription
Our internal team checks that your information is complete, then submits your file to a licensed provider. The clinician reviews your case, may adjust the plan if needed, and—if it’s safe and appropriate—writes your prescription and sends it to one of our partner pharmacies for compounding or dispensing. -
Pharmacy preparation & shipping
The pharmacy prepares your medication, packages it for temperature-controlled delivery, and ships it directly to your door. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as they’re available.
🔎 State-specific video consults
If you live in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Kansas, or West Virginia, state law
requires a video consultation with our medical team. In those states, you’ll be prompted to schedule a
short video visit before your prescription can be finalized.
If, for any reason, you’re not approved for medication after the clinical review, we’ll immediately process a full refund for your program fee.
Who can qualify for compounded GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP treatment with Fittlly?
Eligibility is always decided by a licensed clinician, based on your full medical history and current health. In general, patients considered for compounded GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP injections at Fittlly usually meet criteria such as:
- being 18 years of age or older
- having a BMI > 20 if you are already on a GLP-1 medication, or BMI > 25 if you are new to GLP-1 treatment
- not being pregnant or actively trying to conceive
- not having certain medical conditions, such as:
- a history of thyroid cancer or hyperthyroidism
- gastroparesis
- pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis
- MEN2 (Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2) syndrome
- inflammatory bowel disease or other conditions your clinician considers high-risk
- having a clinical need for a compounded preparation that offers a meaningful difference for you compared with an FDA-approved product (for example, dose flexibility, formulation, or specific additives your clinician considers important)
This is not a complete list of requirements or exclusions. As part of the process, you’ll complete an online health screening, and a Fittlly telehealth provider will review your case in detail to decide whether a compounded GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP injection is medically appropriate and safe for you. If it isn’t, you won’t be prescribed the medication, and your program fee is refunded.
How do follow-up check-ins and refills work at Fittlly?
Refills at Fittlly are always tied to a medical check-in, not just an automatic repeat charge.
Here’s how it works in practice:
-
We remind you before you run out
You’ll receive email and/or text reminders ahead of your next check-in window so you don’t suddenly find yourself without medication. -
You complete a quick check-in
In your secure account, you’ll answer a few questions about:- how you’re feeling on the medication
- any side effects
- your weight progress and goals
- whether you’d like to stay at your current dose or request a change
-
The medical team reviews your update
A licensed clinician reviews your check-in, decides whether it’s safest to:- keep your current dose,
- adjust your dose, or
- change or pause treatment if needed.
-
Your new prescription is sent to the pharmacy
Once approved, your updated prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy, which prepares your medication just like the first time. -
Same shipping process, new tracking link
When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email (and/or text, depending on setup), so you can follow your delivery in real time.
No blind auto-refills: every refill is connected to a clinical review to keep your treatment safe, monitored, and aligned with your progress.
How long will it take to hear from a Fittlly clinician?
In most cases, you’ll hear from a Fittlly clinician within 24–48 hours after you’ve fully completed and submitted your online health screening.
Here’s what to expect:
- Your case is reviewed by a licensed provider once all required information is on file.
- The clinician will send you a message in your secure patient portal, and
- You’ll receive a text and/or email alert when a new message from your provider is available.
To help things move as quickly as possible:
- complete every section of the health screen
- answer follow-up questions from our team promptly
- double-check your information for accuracy before submitting
If you haven’t heard from a clinician after 48 hours (on business days) and you’re sure your screening is complete, you can contact our support team at support@fittlly.com so we can check the status of your evaluation.
📹 State-specific video visits
If you live in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Kansas, or West Virginia, state law
requires a video consultation with our medical team. In those states, you’ll be prompted to schedule a
short video visit before your prescription can be finalized.
Do I need lab tests or bloodwork before starting with Fittlly?
In most cases, no upfront bloodwork is required to begin a Fittlly GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP program.
Our licensed providers base their initial prescribing decisions on:
- your medical history
- your current medications
- your symptoms, risk factors, and goals
- the information you share during your online consultation
That said:
- Your clinician may recommend bloodwork in certain situations (for example, if there are concerns about your metabolic health, liver, kidneys, or other risk factors).
- We strongly encourage you to maintain regular check-ups with your primary care physician, which may include routine labs as part of your overall health management.
- If you already have recent lab results that you think are relevant, you’re welcome to share them in your intake or upload them in your portal—they can help your clinician make an even more informed decision.
So while blood tests are not a strict requirement to use Fittlly, your safety remains the priority, and your provider may request or recommend labs if they believe it’s important for your care.
What is a GLP-1 medication, and how does it work?
GLP-1 medications are part of a class called GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonists. They’re designed to act like a natural hormone your gut releases after you eat.
In your body, GLP-1 helps to:
-
Support healthy blood sugar
It tells your pancreas to release more insulin when your blood sugar is high and helps reduce glucagon, a hormone that raises blood sugar. -
Slow down digestion
It slows how quickly your stomach empties, which helps prevent big spikes in blood sugar and keeps you feeling full for longer. -
Reduce appetite
GLP-1 also acts on appetite centers in the brain, helping lower hunger and increase the feeling of fullness, which can naturally lead to eating less and losing weight over time.
Our GLP-1 (and GLP-1/GIP) treatments are built on this same mechanism—using a medication that mimics your own GLP-1 hormone to support better metabolic health, steadier blood sugar, and medically supervised weight loss.
What are compounded GLP-1 medications?
Compounded GLP-1 (and GLP-1/GIP) medications are custom-made versions of these drugs that a licensed compounding pharmacy prepares for an individual patient, based on a specific prescription.
Instead of dispensing a factory-finished, brand-name product, the pharmacist:
- starts from pure active ingredients (for example, semaglutide or tirzepatide in their base form)
- combines them with sterile liquids and excipients
- prepares a personalized strength, volume, or formula according to the prescriber’s instructions
Compounded medications can be appropriate when a patient:
- needs a dose or format that isn’t available in brand-name products
- requires a formulation without certain dyes, additives, or preservatives
- has a clinical situation where the prescriber judges that a compounded version offers a meaningful difference compared with the labeled, FDA-approved drug
It’s important to understand that compounded GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications are not FDA-approved products. That means the FDA does not review each compounded batch for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before it is dispensed. They may only be supplied:
- on the basis of a valid, patient-specific prescription, and
- by a licensed compounding pharmacy operating under state and federal regulations.
At Fittlly, we only work with carefully vetted U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies that:
- follow USP sterile compounding standards
- use ingredients from FDA-registered suppliers
- perform routine testing for potency, sterility, and purity
- are subject to oversight by state Boards of Pharmacy and potential FDA inspection
So while compounded GLP-1 medications are different from branded, FDA-approved products, they are prepared under a defined regulatory framework and strict quality standards when used in our program.
Why do some patients need compounded medications?
Not every patient can safely or comfortably use a standard, factory-made (FDA-approved) medication. In some situations, a custom-made (compounded) version is the safer or more practical option. For example, a clinician might choose a compounded drug when a patient:
- has an allergy or sensitivity to a dye, preservative, or other ingredient in the branded product
- needs a different strength, volume, or dosing schedule than what is commercially available
- cannot swallow tablets or capsules and needs a liquid, injectable, or otherwise modified form
- has a specific medical profile where the approved product is not appropriate, but the active ingredient could still be useful in an adjusted format
In hospitals, clinics, and specialized practices, health professionals sometimes rely on compounding when no existing FDA-approved product fits the patient’s needs well enough.
In these cases, compounding isn’t a “shortcut” or a downgrade—it’s a way to individualize treatment so that more people can benefit from the same underlying therapies, while respecting their unique medical constraints.
How much weight could I lose with a GLP-1 medication?
No GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP medication can guarantee a specific amount of weight loss—results are highly individual and depend on your starting weight, biology, lifestyle, and how consistently you follow the treatment plan.
That said, large clinical trials give us a useful frame of reference when GLP-1 medications are combined with diet and exercise:
- In a 68-week study of Wegovy® (semaglutide 2.4 mg) in adults without diabetes (BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition), participants lost on average about 15% of their body weight, versus about 2.4% with diet and exercise alone.
- In a 72-week study of Zepbound® (tirzepatide 15 mg) in a similar population, participants lost on average about 20% of their body weight, versus about 3.1% with diet and exercise alone.
These numbers are group averages, not promises. Some people lose more, some less, and the safest pattern is usually around 1–2 pounds per week under medical supervision. Your Fittlly clinician will help you set realistic goals and adjust your dose and plan based on how you respond.

When will I start noticing results with a GLP-1 medication?
Everyone’s timeline is different, but most people don’t see “overnight” changes—GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications are designed for gradual, medically supervised weight loss, not crash dieting.
Clinical data suggest that, when combined with nutrition and lifestyle changes, GLP-1–based treatments can lead to an average of about 15–20% body-weight reduction over a year or more for many patients. In real life, this often looks like:
- a slow start in the first weeks, while your body adjusts to the medication and dose
- then a steady, safe loss of roughly 1–2 pounds per week for many patients over time
- periods where progress may plateau, followed by renewed loss after dose or lifestyle adjustments
How quickly you see changes will depend on factors like:
- your starting weight and BMI
- your dose and how quickly you titrate
- your nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress levels
- your individual metabolism and medical history
At Fittlly, your clinician reviews your progress during check-ins and can adjust your dose or strategy if your results are slower than expected, always keeping safety first. The goal isn’t just to “lose fast,” but to lose in a way your body can sustain, with less rebound over time.
Why do I need to pay before my prescription is approved or shipped?
At Fittlly, payment is collected at the time of your online medical screening, a bit like paying a copay before seeing a doctor. This allows us to:
- open your medical file and start your evaluation right away
- reserve time with a licensed clinician
- be ready to move your prescription to the pharmacy without delay if you’re approved
Your payment does not mean you’re automatically approved for medication. Your clinician still makes an independent medical decision based on your history, risks, and goals.
- If you’re approved, your payment covers the evaluation + medication + handling according to the plan you selected.
- If you’re not approved, we fully refund your program payment—no medication will be dispensed, and you won’t be charged for a treatment you can’t safely receive.
All payments are processed securely (via Stripe), and we prefer this model because it keeps the process efficient, transparent, and fair for both patients and clinicians.

Why Fittlly exists
How do I know Fittlly is a legit company?

We publish clear Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Safety Information, and Medical Consent on our site, so you know exactly how your data and care are handled. -
Secure payments
All payments are processed through a reputable, PCI-compliant provider (like Stripe). Your full card details are never stored on our servers. -
Clear refund rules
If a clinician decides you’re not a candidate for medication, your program fee is fully refunded. Our policies are written in plain language so you know where you stand before you pay.
If you ever have doubts or questions, you can reach us directly at support@fittlly.com. A real human will answer you—because for us, legitimacy is not just about logos at the bottom of a page, it’s about being reachable, transparent, and medically responsible.

In short: Fittlly gives you specialist-level GLP-1 care without the usual overhead of traditional clinics—so you spend less time navigating the system, and more time actually getting better.
How is Fittlly different from a regular doctor’s office visit?
With Fittlly, you get specialized GLP-1 care without the logistics of a traditional in-person visit.
Instead of:
- waiting weeks for an appointment
- taking time off work
- sitting in a waiting room for a 10-minute consult
you can:
- start your evaluation online 24/7, from home
- complete a guided health screening in your own time
- have your case reviewed by a licensed clinician who is focused on GLP-1 / GLP-1-GIP treatments
- receive your prescription and medication by mail if you’re approved
You still benefit from real medical oversight—dose titration, safety checks, follow-ups—but in a format that’s faster, simpler, and built specifically for metabolic and weight-management care, instead of a general, rushed office visit.
Fittlly doesn’t replace your primary care doctor; it complements them with a dedicated program for GLP-1-based treatment.
Is Fittlly a subscription service?
No. Fittlly is not a lock-in subscription or auto-renew program.
- You’re not billed every month automatically.
- You only pay when you decide to start a plan or continue after a check-in.
- If you choose a multi-month starter program, it’s a one-time upfront payment for that period, not an endless membership.
Your treatment is pay-as-you-go, guided by medical check-ins—no hidden fees, no long-term contract, and no surprise charges.
Does Fittlly offer any mental health support?

Telehealth
Telehealth care, built around your life
At Fittlly, all medications are prescribed through secure telehealth by licensed clinicians. You complete your evaluation online, your provider reviews your case remotely, and follow-ups are handled through messaging and, where required by law, video visits — so you get real medical care without rearranging your entire schedule.
How do I have a consultation with one of your medical providers?
Getting medical care with Fittlly happens entirely via secure telehealth.
- Click Get started to begin your online evaluation and check your eligibility.
- If you appear to be a good candidate for a GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP treatment, you’ll choose your medication and plan, then complete a detailed health screening and pay securely for your program.
- Our internal team verifies that your information is complete, then forwards your file to a licensed clinician.
- Your provider reviews your history, decides whether treatment is appropriate, and—if it’s safe for you—writes a prescription and sends it to our partner pharmacy for compounding or dispensing.
If a clinician determines that you are not eligible for medication, we immediately process a full refund of your program fee.
* If you live in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Kansas, or West Virginia, state law requires a video consult with our medical team. In those states, you’ll be prompted to schedule a short video visit before your prescription can be finalized.
Who are the Fittlly medical providers? Are they licensed?
Yes. All care at Fittlly is delivered through licensed, U.S.–based clinicians experienced in metabolic and weight-management medicine.
Our medical team includes:
- Board-certified physicians and other licensed prescribers
- Professionals authorized to practice and prescribe via telehealth in the states where they see patients
- Clinicians trained specifically in the safe use of GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications
Every prescription is written (or declined) by a licensed provider after reviewing your health history and screening—there are no automatic approvals.
Fittlly also partners only with regulated U.S. pharmacies and operates under strict privacy and security standards (HIPAA-level protection for your medical data). Wherever applicable, independent certifications (such as compliance and telehealth quality badges) are displayed directly on our site for full transparency.
How quickly is treatment prescribed?
Most people can get through the online health screening in just a few minutes, whenever it fits their schedule.
Once your screening and payment are submitted:
- A Fittlly clinician will typically review your case within 24–48 hours.
- If treatment is appropriate, your provider will approve a plan and write your prescription, which is then sent to our partner pharmacy for preparation and shipping.
In some states, the law requires a live video visit before prescribing. In those cases, you’ll be prompted to book a short telehealth appointment at a time that works for you—most patients can schedule and complete this within 1–2 days, and prescribing usually follows shortly after the visit, if you’re approved.
If you’re not a candidate for medication, your program fee is fully refunded.
Do you have licensed providers in my state?
Yes. Fittlly works with a national network of licensed clinicians and can currently see patients in all 50 U.S. states, subject to local telehealth regulations.
When you start your signup, we’ll ask for your state of residence and automatically route your case to a provider who is licensed to practice and prescribe where you live. If, for any reason, we can’t serve your state at a given time, you’ll see that information before you pay.
Can I talk to a doctor via phone or video?
At Fittlly, your main consultation happens through secure online messaging with a licensed clinician in your patient portal — this lets you answer questions in your own time and have everything written down clearly.
Here’s how it works:
-
Primary consult:
Done via secure chat inside your Fittlly portal. Your provider reviews your health screening, asks follow-up questions if needed, and decides whether GLP-1 / GLP-1-GIP treatment is appropriate for you. -
Where video is required by law:
If you live in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Kansas, or West Virginia, state regulations require a live video visit.
You’ll be prompted to schedule a short video consult with a licensed provider before any prescription can be finalized. -
Follow-ups and dose adjustments:
Managed through portal messaging with your medical team. You’ll get a text/email alert whenever there’s a new message or an action needed from your side.
We don’t currently offer routine phone-call consults, because secure messaging and video (where required) allow for clearer documentation and safer, trackable medical care.
